Business Development Executive

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Executive to join our team. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including dealers and customers.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to optimize results.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Management, or related disciplines is preferred.
  • Languages – English, Hindi, Bengali (Must).
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the bike accessories and helmets sector or in technically-driven products (Must).
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and quotas.
  • Strong customer service skills and relationship management.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
