Job Title

As a strategic partner to business leaders, this role will play a pivotal part in driving the People agenda.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for closely partnering with senior stakeholders to develop and execute a comprehensive People strategy aligned with organizational goals.
  • They will possess a deep understanding of the organization's key functions, processes, and current and future goals and trends that may impact workforce needs and initiatives.
  • With expertise in talent management, they will design and deliver appropriate talent planning activities that identify leadership development priorities and succession plans.
  • Additionally, they will focus on accessing development needs and promoting a learning environment which supports on-the-job opportunities, leveraging coaching skills to assist employees and managers through development and performance matters.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional partners, they will drive diversity initiatives, partner to develop I&D action plans, and advise on local and global compensation initiatives.
  • With a strong analytical mindset, they will use data to inform the People agenda and track and report staffing, retention, attrition, and other data to line management.
  • This role requires a seasoned HR professional with 10+ years of experience supporting medium to large cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment across multiple lines of businesses.

Preferred Qualifications

  • A master's degree in Human Resources or related fields is preferred.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills, as well as foundational understanding of HR analytics and experience with HR systems & tools, are essential.
  • Highly collaborative approach to working with stakeholders, impeccable judgment, and ability to balance the needs of the company and employees alike are highly valued.
