Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Financial Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for providing insightful financial analysis and strategic recommendations to drive business growth.

  • Develop and maintain financial models to analyze and predict operational metrics.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to formulate medium- to long-term financial and strategic plans.
  • Analyze financial and operational results to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Communicate complex information effectively to senior management through data-driven insights.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and manage data analytics on operational metrics.
  • Build and maintain analytical models on key operating measures.
  • Work closely with the leadership team to formulate the business's medium- to long-term financial and strategic plan.
  • Work with Business Unit heads to build their annual budgets and forecasts.
  • Produce models to project long-term growth and determine impacting business factors.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Commerce or MBA Finance.
  • A minimum of 10 plus years of relevant experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Strong knowledge of Randstad operations and systems is an asset.

Skills:

  • Excellent written, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Highly proficient in use of Microsoft Excel (advanced excel skills).
  • Ability to multi-task and be a self-starter.
