Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Facilities Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day activities of our admin team.
Main Responsibilities
- Activity Management: Manage HUB admin activities and operations, including monitoring and reporting of key project activities, plans, and progress.
- Control and Monitoring: Define and deploy control and monitoring mechanisms for the Admin Team within the HUB.
- Process Standardization: Ensure standardization of processes at all exam venues within the HUB.
- Performance Reporting: Publish regular dashboards on key performance parameters to senior management.
- Human Resources Coordination: Coordinate with manpower agencies on deployment and staff-related issues.
- Audit and Compliance: Conduct audits of exam venues and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
- Contingency Planning: Prepare and deploy contingency/BCP plans and conduct surprise checks at exam venues.
Requirements
- Communication Skills: Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong technical knowledge of electrical equipment.
- Experience: Experience in facility operations and management.
- Team Management: Ability to manage a team and experience in conflict resolution.
- Adaptability: Willingness to work under pressure and travel as needed.
- Liaisoning: Good liaisoning skills with local government departments and awareness of laws related to facility compliance and operations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications: Professional certifications, additional language knowledge, and strong analytical and logical understanding.
