We are a growing facility management company dedicated to providing top-quality housekeeping, maintenance, and support services to corporate, commercial, and residential clients. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a skilled and proactive Facility Supervisor with strong technical knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day facility operations at the site.

Lead and monitor housekeeping, maintenance, and support staff.

Ensure smooth functioning of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, DG sets, and other technical systems.

Handle preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.

Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs and technical services.

Maintain proper records, logs, and reports for site operations.

Ensure compliance with safety, security, and quality standards.

Provide timely updates to management and resolve on-ground issues efficiently.

Requirements:

Graduate/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related technical field (preferred).

2–5 years of experience in facility management or technical supervision.

Strong knowledge of building systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, DG, lifts, etc.).

Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage manpower and ensure client satisfaction.

Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹23,000.00 per month
