Job Overview

Responsibilities:
  1. Student Welfare: Ensure the well-being of students residing in the hostel by addressing their concerns and needs in a timely manner.
  2. Hostel Administration: Oversee the daily operations of the hostel, including managing staff, handling security, and maintaining facilities.
  3. Discipline and Conduct: Establish and maintain a fair and consistent system of discipline and conduct among hostel residents.
  4. Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and other relevant information.
  5. Coordination: Collaborate with university departments to ensure seamless communication and cooperation on hostel-related matters.
Requirements:
  • Graduation (any discipline)
  • At least 2 years of experience in hostel/administrative/management roles
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Hostel MIS preferred)
