Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and hands-on Technical Head-Estates professional to oversee the operation, maintenance, and technical management of high-end residential properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of daily operations, upkeep, and maintenance of personal and hospitality properties.
  • Servicing as the single point of contact for all estate-related issues.
  • Ensuring timely maintenance and smooth functioning of technical utilities and infrastructure including:
    Diesel Generators (DG sets)
    Electrical systems and backup power
    Lifts and elevators
    Water pumps and plumbing
    Firefighting and fire safety systems
    HVAC systems
    Surveillance systems
  • Leading and managing a team of house managers stationed Pan India at different properties.
  • Establishing performance standards and monitoring execution of duties.
  • Providing training and technical guidance to on-site teams as required.
  • Coordinating with service vendors, technical contractors, and AMC providers.
  • Evaluating performance and ensuring timely service delivery within agreed SLAs.
  • Negotiating service agreements and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Preparing maintenance budgets, tracking expenditures, and managing cost-effective operations.
  • Recommending upgrades, refurbishments, and major repairs when necessary.
  • Project managing renovation and additions projects-Civil, Electrical etc.

Desired Candidate:

  • 15+ years of experience in private estate/property/facilities management.
  • Proven expertise in technical maintenance and managing high-end residential properties.
  • High technical proficiency and leading teams and managing multiple sites simultaneously.
  • Project management exposure for renovation at sites.
