Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate facility operations, including scheduling maintenance and repairs;
  • Manage maintenance budgets and track expenses;
  • Resolve customer complaints and provide excellent customer service;
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination;
  • Develop and implement procedures to improve facility operations and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • DEE or BE Electrical degree;
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment;
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills;
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
