Job Overview

The Senior Financial Manager will be responsible for securing debt financing from various lenders. This role involves preparing and presenting financial proposals, as well as handling lender queries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Debt Financing: Secure debt financing from institutions, banks, and other lenders through term loans and debentures at competitive pricing.
  • Financial Proposals: Prepare and present comprehensive financial proposals to secure funding.
  • Transaction Execution: Coordinate the execution of debt fundraising transactions from start to finish.
  • Lender Compliance: Manage existing lender relationships, including reporting and covenant tracking.
  • Liquidity Management: Oversee liquidity and investment portfolio management.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Internal Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless closure of data requirements, compliance, risk, and legal matters.

Requirements

  • Education: Chartered Accountant or Master of Business Administration in Finance degree.
  • Experience: 6 – 7 years of experience in a Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) or Fintech field.

Skills and Expertise

  • Hands-on Experience: Proven hands-on experience in debt fundraising.
  • Financial Acumen: Ability to read and understand financial statements and metrics.
  • Teamwork: Strong ability to collaborate with different teams to meet requirements.
  • Pitching Skills: Ability to effectively pitch core business ideas to external stakeholders.
  • Analytical and Presentation Skills: Excellent analytical and presentation skills.
