**Leading Fundraising Strategy**: We are seeking an experienced fundraising leader to develop and implement a comprehensive 3-year strategy that drives diversified funding and builds lifetime donor value.

  • Our ideal candidate will own the full donor lifecycle, from research and qualification to cultivation, solicitation, stewardship, renewal, and upgrade.
  • Key responsibilities include designing multi-year giving vehicles, securing strategic partnerships, and representing the organization with credibility and trustworthiness.

**Requirements**: The successful candidate will have a Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications and at least 8-10 years of direct fundraising experience, including major-gifts and institutional fundraising in India and internationally.

  • Experience launching or scaling new initiatives, particularly in research, education, skill development, and community empowerment, is highly desirable.

**Success Metrics**: The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a board-approved 3-year strategy and year-1 operating plan with segment-wise targets, establishing a live CRM with qualified prospects, and securing at least one anchor gift or equivalent multi-year grant.
