As a seasoned operations expert, you will lead a high-performing team across the US, UK, and AUS regions. Your mission is to oversee the full lifecycle of implementation projects, ensuring accuracy, minimal downtime, and seamless client experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct a 20+ member team managing implementations
  • Oversight of project planning, resource allocation, execution, and post-implementation support
  • End-to-end image migration efforts from legacy platforms to our platform
  • Process development for smoother onboarding, faster image conversions, and better sensor monitoring
  • Cross-functional coordination with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams
  • Comprehensive documentation of implementation processes and client configurations
  • Regular reporting on operational performance and team metrics
  • Mentorship and coaching of team members

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in operations management, with at least 3 years leading software implementations
  • High-growth SaaS or healthcare technology environment experience
  • Strong understanding of imaging technologies and workflows
  • Experience building scalable processes for operational efficiency and system adoption
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Familiarity with healthcare compliance standards (e.g., HIPAA) is beneficial
