Branch Manager Job Description

We are a leading provider of cash logistics and management solutions in India.

This Branch Manager role is responsible for overseeing daily branch operations, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, implementing business strategies, maintaining regulatory compliance, and supporting branch growth and profitability.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing day-to-day operations at the location
  • Managing resources for hub operations, including drivers, gunmen, and custodians
  • Planning routes, assigning duties, and conducting audits
  • Ensuring timely withdrawal/collection and loading/depositing
  • Monitoring and administering operations according to Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Carrying out surprise audits to ensure process adherence
  • Supporting ATM Executives in collecting, collating, recording, and reporting daily operations
  • Preparing crew rosters based on route dispatch time
  • Maintaining hardcopy records of takeover and handover of ATMs
  • Avoiding cash loss during operations by adhering to risk mitigation procedures
  • Timely dispatching routes from the branch/vault office
  • Following up with vault officers/bank officials on cash issuance for ATM replenishment
  • Briefing teams on assigned tasks and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
