Job Title: Strategic Oracle PBCS Implementation Lead

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to lead the implementation of Oracle Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (PBCS). This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and be part of delivering high-quality solutions that drive business value.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead full-cycle PBCS engagements, from requirements gathering to go-live.
  • Partner with finance and operational stakeholders to design scalable PBCS solutions.
  • Design and build comprehensive planning models, including financial planning, workforce planning, CAPEX planning, project-level planning, and cash-flow forecasting.
  • Configure Oracle Planning applications, including metadata imports, forms and task-flow setup, security model design, and authoring business rules.
  • Integrate Oracle PBCS with Oracle ERP/HCM Cloud and other source systems to automate data loads and ensure data integrity.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in implementing Oracle PBCS or equivalent.
  • Strong technical skills in configuration, development, testing, and training.
  • Familiarity with EPM Automate for task automation, patching, and lifecycle management.
  • Exposure to related Oracle EPM modules, such as PCMCS, Narrative Reporting, FCCS, and Tax Reporting.
  • Oracle EPM Certification in PBCS or equivalent hands-on project experience.
