Job Overview

This role is responsible for leading cross-functional teams in the delivery of complex projects. The Project Manager oversees project execution, risks, and change requests to ensure successful project outcomes. This includes managing resources, schedules, budgets, and quality standards, while adhering to global project management controls and governance guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead projects with complete accountability for scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope, allocate resources, establish timelines, and set communication strategies.
  • Manage a portfolio of multi-line-of-business initiatives from initiation to closure.
  • Monitor progress and prepare detailed reports on milestones, deliverables, and key metrics.
  • Analyze project economics and provide insights on cost-benefit and ROI.
  • Proactively address risks, issues, and dependencies while driving corrective actions.
  • Oversee acquisition and management of project resources, materials, and tools.
  • Deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and executive presentations.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 7+ years of core project management experience in cross-functional, matrix environments.
  • Proven track record of managing complex projects and portfolios successfully.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with SDLC methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Skilled in influencing and gaining buy-in from executives, stakeholders, and peers.
  • Information Technology knowledge is required in advanced level.
