Technical Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead our product delivery projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving multiple teams towards successful project outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT project management, preferably with experience in product delivery. You will possess excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate and direct a team of 8-15 associates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including team members, customers, and sponsors.
  • Continuously monitor and improve project processes, identifying areas for optimization.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in IT project management, preferably in product delivery.
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills, with the ability to direct a team of 8-15 associates.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple deadlines.
  • Familiarity with technology, not a technical expert.
