About Us

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Program Manager to oversee multiple technology programs and product implementations.

Job Description

As a Technical Program Manager, you will be responsible for planning, managing, and delivering end-to-end technical programs and product implementations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, QA, DevOps, Clients) to ensure timely delivery of milestones. Your key responsibilities will include defining program scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation, as well as managing dependencies, risks, and change requests proactively.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (MBA/PMP certification a plus)
  • 7–10 years of experience in program/project management within product or technology environments
  • Proven track record of delivering SaaS, enterprise, or banking/fintech platforms
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum frameworks, and DevOps culture
  • Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, or similar
