Smart Factory Delivery Manager

This is a senior-level position responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and Manufacturing Operations Management (MOM) programs within the Life Sciences/Pharma sectors.

The successful candidate will oversee MES/MOM implementations, Industry 4.0 initiatives, and IT/OT integration across global manufacturing sites. Key responsibilities include:

  • Program Delivery: Lead large-scale MES/MOM initiatives across multiple sites, ensuring compliance with Good Practices (GxP) and regulatory standards.
  • Client Engagement: Act as the delivery interface for clients, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, efforts, cost, and quality expectations.
  • Team Leadership: Manage cross-functional teams including solution architects and delivery managers.
  • Governance & Risk Management: Establish delivery governance frameworks, manage escalations, and ensure risk mitigation strategies are in place.

Requirements

  • At least 15 years of experience in manufacturing IT, with at least 5 years in delivery leadership roles within the life sciences domain.
  • Proven track record in delivering MES/MOM solutions.
  • Strong understanding of industry regulations and compliance frameworks.
  • Experience in agile methodologies and team leadership.
  • PMP or SAFe certifications.
