About This Role:

You will be responsible for leading and managing a team to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality solutions to clients.

  • Lead and manage a team, overseeing project managers, developers, and architects specializing in software delivery.
  • Support initiatives to enhance the team's capabilities and ensure exceptional service delivery.
  • Work closely with clients to meet their needs and effectively manage their expectations. Engage in forums, collaborating with teams on proposals and strategic initiatives to drive success.
  • Build strong relationships with key client stakeholders. Lead in activities, ensuring solutions align with standards and exceed client expectations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for problem-solving and decision-making. Guide & work hands-on with the pursuit team for solution design, estimation, planning, commercials, and presentation.
  • Span of Control: Lead teams of 200 to 250 engineers. Also build and groom next levels of leaders.

Skills You'll Bring:

  • Experience working in the healthcare and life sciences domain preferably working with customers in Clinical, Pharma, Healthcare Payer, Provider domain.
  • Understanding of regulatory aspects as applicable to the HLS industry. Good grasp of technology and product engineering to be able to speak customer language in various discussions.
  • Managing and leading highly skilled teams, team leaders, and product developers to ensure timely delivery to customers.
  • Candidate must possess around 15 years of progressive experience in Delivery Leadership roles for Software development and Management Programs.
  • Should have proven leadership for a multi-customer portfolio with mix of T&M, fixed price etc.
  • Ability to engage with CxOs/VPs/Director level stakeholders
  • Ability and willingness to travel for meetings (10% to 25%)
