Agile Delivery Expert

Job Overview:

  • Lead and facilitate the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale Agile Release Trains (ARTs) to ensure seamless integration across teams.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, product managers, and product owners to define and prioritize features that drive business value.
  • Identify, manage, and mitigate cross-team dependencies and risks to ensure successful delivery.
  • Ensure alignment of delivery objectives across technology, operations, and business functions to achieve shared goals.
  • Drive continuous improvement in Agile maturity across teams by promoting best practices in scaling frameworks such as SAFe.
  • Provide transparency into delivery status, metrics, and progress to senior stakeholders, enabling informed decision-making.

Key Requirements:

  • 12+ years of IT experience with at least 3-5 years in a leadership or program management role.
  • Proven track record of running large-scale Agile Release Trains (SAFe or equivalent).
  • Experience working with critical financial systems, preferably Murex, or similar trading/risk platforms.
  • Deep understanding of Agile principles, program management, and scaled delivery practices.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and facilitation skills, with the ability to communicate complex information effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills, with a focus on collaborative solutions.

Desirable Skills:

  • Murex experience is highly desirable for this role.
