Job Overview

This role involves leading the quality assurance function for a core banking implementation program, ensuring high-quality delivery across all phases.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing QA teams and coordinating with business analysts, developers, and vendors.

  • Develop and execute quality assurance strategies, test plans, and automation frameworks aligned with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate business requirements, identify defects, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement in QA processes and mentor QA teams.
  • Lead the transformation of core banking applications to next-generation systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and report on QA activities for FLEXCUBE Core Banking implementations.
  • Define test strategies for functional, integration, regression, UAT, and performance testing.
  • Manage QA teams and coordinate with business analysts, developers, and vendors.
  • Review and validate business requirement documents and functional specifications.
  • Ensure traceability of requirements through test cases and defect tracking.
  • Oversee defect triaging, root cause analysis, and resolution tracking.
  • Implement and maintain test automation frameworks where applicable.
