Job Description
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage office supplies and inventory, and coordinate with vendors for office maintenance and equipment.
  • Organize and maintain office filing systems, both physical and electronic.
  • Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Handle all office-related administrative duties, such as scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, and managing office facilities.
  • Maintain office cleanliness and ensure that it meets health and safety standards.
  • Assist with employee onboarding, including documentation and initial training.
  • Maintain employee records and files in compliance with organizational policies.
  • Assist in accurate attendance tracking.
  • Manage leave requests and time-off records for employees.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.
  • Support in preparing HR-related reports for management.
  • Handle employee inquiries regarding benefits, policies, and office-related matters.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in administrative or office management roles.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Knowledge of HR procedures is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
