Product Implementation Leader

The Product Implementation Leader is responsible for leading the implementation of cutting-edge product solutions to prominent financial institutions in India. This high-pressure role requires a skilled individual who can effectively manage multiple teams and oversee enterprise implementations concurrently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage implementation teams and oversee several enterprise implementations simultaneously
  • Guide teams in analysis of customer business requirements and propose product solutions
  • Effectively lead cross-functional teams including Business Analysts, QA, and Technology teams
  • Deliver impactful presentations and product demonstrations to key decision-makers
  • Ensure timely and quality delivery by tracking progress and sprint planning
  • Deep experience in implementing Enterprise Solutions and managing SDLC with good understanding of Agile methodologies
  • Manage external and internal stakeholders, escalate issues, and present project status reports
  • Create proposals, RFP responses, and provide timely answers to techno-functional queries
  • Manage client expectations regarding deliverables, efforts, timelines, and product customizations
  • Guide Business Analysts in writing functional specifications highlighting product features and benefits
  • Ensure clear understanding of customer technology requirements and develop innovative solutions
Qualifications:
  • At least 15 years of experience in an enterprise system implementation role with hands-on experience in Digital Lending (LOS, LMS, Collections) or Co-lending
  • Experience in Treasury, Payments, or CBS solutions can also be considered
  • Strong technical and business awareness
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, experience in preparing proposals
  • Excellent stakeholder management and escalation management skills
  • Ability to communicate technical messages with business relevance to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Excellent presentation abilities and composure in front of all levels of technical and business customers or prospects
