ROLE DESCRIPTION:
- Managing the entire Product value chain from conceptualization to implementation.
- Implementation of Product Program through technology platform and continuous improvement.
- Effective coordination among various departments to enable business growth through effective product improvement
- Managing the P&L effectively to meet the profitability target.
- Competition tracking and inputs to stay ahead in the market
REQUIREMENT:
- 5 to 6 years of experience in Banks/SFBs/NBFCs.
- Must be an MBA in Finance
- Proven experience of handling secured loans like LAP, affordable HL, and/or working capital loans in different roles such as Sales or Underwriting or Product/Policy.
- Knowledge of dealing with various technology platforms (LOS, third-party solution providers, etc.) will be advantageous.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹1,300, ₹2,500,000.00 per year
