Volody Products Pvt Ltd- Senior Business Analyst.

Volody is an enterprise software product company helping businesses to digitize their legal

contract management processes by providing them with a smart Contract Lifecycle Management

Software.

Volody is expanding aggressively and looking for a Business Analyst & Customer Success

Manager for its Product Delivery division.

The candidate should have following experience :

1- Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement,

and developing and implementing solutions.

2-Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.

3-Performing requirements analysis.

4-Documenting and communicating business requirement analysis.

5-Effectively communicating insights and plans to cross-functional team members and

management.

6-Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful

reports.

7-Working closely with clients, tech team, and managerial staff.

8-Providing leadership, training, coaching, and guidance to junior staff.

9-Allocating resources and maintaining cost efficiency.

10-Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.

11- Getting the user acceptance testing done from clients.

12-Performing user acceptance testing for internal standard products.

13- Managing projects, developing project plans, and monitoring performance.

14-Updating, implementing and maintaining procedures.

15-Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.

16- Serving as a liaison between stakeholders and users.

17-Managing competing resources and priorities.

18-Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.

19-Creating project / product road map, communicating it with the client and get it implemented

20-Client Support for technical or functional requirements

Skills Required :

1-Analytical Problem-Solving capabilities

3-Interpersonal and consultative skills

4- Oral and written communication proficiency - English language.

5- Basic software knowledge and skills

6-Business structure understanding
