Senior Product Manager

In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of strategic marketing plans to drive profitability, market share, and revenue growth.
About the Position:
- This is a senior-level position within Marketing, reporting directly to the Head of Department.
- You will be part of a team that drives business growth through innovative marketing strategies and initiatives.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to support brand portfolio growth.
- Lead cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to inform marketing strategies.
- Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including commercial management, product brand planning, sales management, and medical management.
- Monitor business performance and provide regular tracking reports to senior management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field; MBA in Marketing preferred.
- At least 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing, with a minimum of 8 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record of driving business growth through innovative marketing strategies.
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills, with the ability to foster collaborative relationships with stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
