Job Title: Production Implementation Specialist

  • Analyse, plan and lead the implementation of production activities to support wealth management initiatives. Establish and maintain project management standards, processes and best practices to ensure efficient project execution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to elicit and document detailed business requirements through workshops and interviews.
  • Document and manage functional specifications, track requirements, and obtain sign-offs.
  • Serve as a liaison between technical and business teams.
  • Develop and document future-state solutions to address business challenges or opportunities.
  • Create operating models to support business cases.
  • Coordinate, plan, and arrange testing activities, including documentation of test criteria and requirements for user acceptance testing.
  • Provide business user training, documentation, and production handover.
  • Support IT teams with technical design, maintaining business considerations and upholding requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Prior experience working within Wealth Management, Wholesale Banking, or Asset Management.
  • Prior experience managing technical implementations.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Power BI, or similar software.
  • Ability to engage stakeholders and manage cross-functional projects.
  • Capacity to manage multiple stakeholder communities with varying levels of experience.
  • Ability to develop impactful written presentations and participate effectively in meetings with senior clients.
  • High level of drive, commitment to achieving solutions, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Familiarity with different delivery methodologies, particularly Agile.
  • Familiarity with articulating requirements using Use Cases, User Stories, and UML or other similar structures.
