Job Title: Cash and Trade Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to implement cash management and trade finance solutions for clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing complex client account openings and product setup requests, as well as delivering seamless product(s)/service(s) setup and streamlined installation processes.

The ideal candidate will have 8-12 years of experience in cash management/trade finance implementation, with strong communication and interpersonal skills, analytical capabilities, and logical thinking. Fluency in Japanese/Mandarin is required.

The role involves:

  • Implementation of cash management and trade products and solutions
  • End-to-end implementation of cash & trade products and solutions for clients
  • Liaising with onshore implementation and service team on documentation and setup
  • Coordinating E2E UAT testing and go live for electronic banking/Host to Host/Integration with clients and internal stakeholders
