Job Overview

The Client Implementation Analyst plays a critical role in the efficient delivery of cash management projects, acting as a project coordinator for the implementation of cash products.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support the efficient delivery of cash management projects and act as a project coordinator for the implementation of cash products.
  2. Manage project-related tasks including project management, client interactions, documentation, trainings, and system setups.
  3. Participate in regular implementation calls and specific technology calls with technology teams as required.

Task Details:

  1. Liaise and work with onshore implementation and service teams on all documentation covering new/sub-account opening, account closure, account mandate updates, account amendments, and setup on Cash/Trade Products.
  2. Manage implementation and maintenance related documentation requirements, including signature verification and digitized document archival.
  3. Ensure timely and efficient delivery of implementation projects assigned.
  4. Coordinate with internal parties to ensure all related setups are in place.
  5. Distribute documents to other departments if needed.
  6. Evaluate issues with respective support teams.
  7. Manage each case using an internal case management tool.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Language Proficiency: Proficiency in Japanese/Mandarin speaking and writing, able to communicate in Japanese/Mandarin with clients.
  • Project Management Experience: 3-7 years of handling project management in a client-facing role.
  • Cash Management Products: 2-5 years of experience in handling Cash Management products is preferred.
  • IT Systems Administration/Networking: Experience in IT systems administration/networking will be an advantage.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills in Japanese/Mandarin.
  • Analytical Capabilities: Analytical capabilities and logical thinking.
  • Team Player: Strong team player: part of a global/regional team, communicating, managing, and cooperating closely on a local/regional/global level.
  • Education: University degree or equivalent professional experience.
