Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator to join our team. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a key role in the growth of our organization, help implement best practices and new methodologies, and ensure successful project delivery.

The Project Coordinator will be part of the Delivery Management practice within our organization. The key objectives of this team are:

  • Ensuring successful and consistent delivery of projects to customers across various industries.
  • Effectively managing commercials by securing committed revenue and maintaining healthy margins.
  • Effective change management to secure additional revenue for the organization.

You will manage a diverse portfolio of customers and projects that vary in size, complexity, industry domain, and use-case across their entire lifecycle.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinating project implementation using best practices and methodologies.
  • Managing a project team of functional and technical consultants (internal and external).
  • Building trusted client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Interpreting different commercial and contractual terms and managing the project as per agreed terms and conditions of the contract.
  • Supporting Country Services leaders, Practice Leads, and Sales teams on pre-sales activity and proposals (including Statements of Work approvals and project management estimates).
  • Adhering to PMO Governance and Project Reporting using project management tools.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 15 years of working experience.
  • At least 8 years of effective project management experience.
  • Experience working in reputable banks, system integrators, product companies, and/or software organizations.
  • Software implementation experience in project management or technical delivery management.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver end-to-end large/medium software projects using Waterfall and Agile Methodology.
  • Good understanding of Risk, Fraud, Originations, Customer Onboarding domains.
  • Experience delivering software solutions in Loan Originations, Fraud, Decisioning, Customer Management.
  • Experience delivering cloud-based implementations and On-Prem solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher, or equivalent work experience.
  • PMP or equivalent project management certifications such as Scrum Master, SAFe.
  • Willingness to travel (20-30%).
Desired Skills
  • A track record of owning and carrying out projects from start to finish with strong prioritization and time management skills.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with internal and external teams and varying levels of management.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English and Hindi, Marathi (optional).
  • Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to independently drive projects through to completion.
  • A highly collaborative approach to build, manage, and motivate project teams spread across geographies, departments, and organizations (clients and partners).
