As a Cloud Product Implementer, you will own and execute HighRadius Cloud product implementations for Fortune 2000 clients. You will be responsible for delivering the project with good quality, high value and great customer satisfaction within the project timelines.

This role offers high visibility with regular client interaction as you will be the main Point of Contact during Build, Testing and Hypercare phases of Highradius Product Implementation.

You must be well organized, detail oriented and possess excellent communication skills.

  • Carry out end-to-end client implementation of HighRadius Cloud products for Fortune 2000 companies across the globe.
  • Write scripts for data gathering and configuration.
  • Run and execute the project through the various phases of the project life cycle including Requirement Gathering, Design, Configuration, Testing, Cutover, Go-live and Hyper-care.
  • Build rapport with clients and manage them effectively.
  • Closely collaborate with cross functional teams to deploy the projects with agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Test end-to-end Process flows, drive adoption by giving hand-on end user journey training and validate value outcomes.
  • Keep Delivery Manager and/or Program Director honest and up to date on any potential risks related to Project Implementation.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Skill Set: Professional services experience, Good understanding of SDLC processes, Functional Consulting experience, Excellent communication, Analytical, problem solving, presentation, Organizational and Collaboration skills.

Experience: International clients / projects, Business Analysis, Domain Knowledge, Team player.

Education: Bachelor's or Master's Degree from a reputable university.
