Bid Manager Job Summary
As a Senior Bid Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of B2B Sales Process. This involves working with internal teams to ensure timely and effective delivery of proposals that meet client needs. You will plan, document, execute, and complete large-scale requests for proposals, adhering to strict deadlines and collaborating with regional functional teams to deliver proposals according to bid plan.

About The Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Senior Bid Manager where you will develop a clear win strategy for each bid. You will craft compelling win themes that differentiate the proposal, emphasizing strengths, past successes, and alignment with the client's goals. Your role will also involve creating a timeline, assigning roles, and ensuring all team members meet deadlines, keeping the process organized and efficient.Engage and collaborate with cross-functional bid team, assigning tasks, and ensuring deadlines are met. Resolve conflicts and maintain momentum throughout the process. In addition to this, you will be responsible for managing knowledge and regularly refreshing data repository with updated case studies and company information/FAQs. As an internal source of expertise in creative production and retail activation operations, you will help team members respond swiftly and concisely to any questions or queries related to RFI/RFP requirements. Assign job flow from regions, support and mentor team members as needed. Attend internal meetings as required.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
You should have 5-7 years of experience in proposal management in B2B sales and at least 3+ years of experience in Creative Production and Retail Activation industry. Please see below for details about the position:
