Job Title: Proposal Development Expert

">Job Description:

The primary objective of this role is to provide expert support in developing high-quality RFP responses for the US Wealth business.

We expect you to:

  • Develop a deep understanding of the Wealth business, service offerings, and strategic priorities

Responsibilities include:

  • Reviewing RFPs and other client material to gain complete knowledge of client requirements
  • Collaborating with the pursuit team to resolve open items during the proposal development process
  • Conducting final reviews of proposals drafts
  • Assisting with the development of templates, improved systems, and processes for measuring RFP success
  • Carrying out content management activities, including collecting and updating content for proposal database and extracting best practice content
  • Preparing US Investment Consulting proposals (RFP/RFI/DDQ) based on the scope of services mentioned in client documents
  • Having good knowledge and understanding of different plan types, such as Defined Contribution (DC), Defined Benefits (DB), and Not-For-Profits (NFPs)
  • Being involved in full-service proposals (bid management) and coordinating with multiple onshore stakeholders by meeting required SLA/TAT
  • Documenting and responding to internal queries and completing proposals in a timely manner
  • Engaging in regular and prompt communication with key stakeholders for RFP acknowledgments, knowledge-sharing sessions, analysis discussions with strategists
