About the Role

The Operational Excellence Lead will be responsible for:

  • Process Optimization: Analyze and improve existing processes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality.
  • Culture Alignment: Foster a culture that values continuous improvement and encourages employee engagement and participation.
  • Project Management: Develop and execute projects to deliver process improvements and measure their impact.
  • Benchmarking and Best Practices: Research industry best practices and benchmarks to inform process improvements and drive innovation.
  • Change Management: Communicate and implement changes to ensure seamless adoption and minimize disruption.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in operational excellence, process improvement, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of delivering process improvements and driving business outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to analyze complex data and develop insights to inform process improvements.
Preferred Skills

The following skills are desirable but not essential:

  • Lean Six Sigma certification or equivalent.
  • Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall.
  • Familiarity with business intelligence tools and data analytics.
