Role Overview:
The Business Development Manager will play a key role in driving sales growth and expanding the customer base in the Middle East region. This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing sales teams, and fostering strong relationships with key customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies and plans aligned with overall business objectives and market conditions in the Middle East.
- Sales Target Achievement: Set sales targets and revenue goals for the branch and work with the sales team to achieve them.
- Sales Team Management: Lead, train, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to meet their targets.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and competitive landscape in the Middle Eastern region.
- Customer Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with key customers and clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Analyze sales data, generate sales forecasts, and provide regular sales reports to senior management.
- Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and potential clients in the Middle East, expanding the customer base.
- Marketing Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing strategies and promotional activities to support sales efforts.
