
Central Region Manager

As a highly skilled Sales professional, you have the opportunity to lead our Central Region team in achieving monthly sales targets and exploring new sales opportunities. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, strategic thinking, and strong communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Central Region team to achieve monthly sales targets and explore new sales opportunities.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance business growth and profitability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast orders and advance plan materials and inventories.
- Identify key projects to win and enter early to implement winning strategies.
- Build strong relationships with top management of sales channels and conduct periodical reviews and set objectives.
Requirements:
- Minimum 8-12 years of proven experience in Sales Management and Business Development.
- Critical Thinking and Long-Term Planning Capabilities.
- Effective communication capabilities, and ability to influence others.
- Good presentation skills.
- English required; Multilingual (Hindi) preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree or equivalent experience in Engineering.
- Knowledge on similar products will be an added advantage.
- Open to Travel.
