Regional HR Manager Job Description:

This role plays a pivotal part in constructing and maintaining high-performing teams across various locations. It demands expertise in HR strategy, employee relations, talent management, and compliance.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute HR policies and initiatives aligned with business objectives.
  • Provide guidance to management and teams on best HR practices.
  • Act as a strategic partner to leadership for workforce planning and organizational development.

Talent Acquisition & Development:

  • Lead regional hiring efforts to attract top talent across roles.
  • Oversee onboarding programs to ensure seamless integration of new employees.
  • Design and implement career development frameworks, including training and mentorship initiatives.

Employee Engagement & Relations:

  • Foster a positive workplace culture that encourages collaboration and inclusion.
  • Address employee concerns with fairness, confidentiality, and professionalism.
  • Conduct regular engagement surveys and design initiatives to boost morale and retention.

Compliance & HR Operations:

  • Ensure adherence to labor laws and employment standards in all regions.
  • Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and performance management systems.
  • Maintain accurate HR documentation and employee records

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in HR management (regional or multi-location preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices.
  • Hands-on expertise in recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
