Order-to-Cash Specialist

You will oversee the complete revenue cycle for circulation revenue, encompassing core domain expertise in billing, credit recovery management, and compliance.

The department is responsible for ensuring 100% error-free revenue recognition and supports business analysis to identify all potential risks well.

The key competency is to ensure timely and effective recoveries of outstanding balances.

We seek a high-calibre candidate with dynamic skills based out of Delhi/Noida location.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Dealer Interface Role
  • Bill all agencies effectively
  • Resolve disputes with agencies and customers efficiently
  • Maintain proper customer code documentation
  1. Controllership Role
  • Book value addition orders/invoices related to sponsorship
  • Reconcile dealer and finance ledger balances accurately
  • Coordinate with auditors (internal, statutory and IFC audit)
  • Have revenue accounting experience
  1. Banking
  • Manage interface with banks on banking products/clearing of collections
  1. MIS and Finance Department Reporting
  • Prepare month-end reports/presentations relating to revenue and collections
  • Calculate classified, display, and canvasser incentives
  • Adhere to month closing checklist
  • Initiate process control/cost control measures
  1. Legal and Compliances
  • Ensure GST and TDS compliance
  1. Commercial and Cost Control
  • Exposure to reconciliation of debtors, provision for expenses, cost ledger, vendor payment etc
  • Exposure to legal contracts/barter arrangements
  • Exposure to budgeting exercises
  • Exposure to document management setup
  1. IT Tools
  • Maintain customer database
  • Working knowledge in SAP
  • High knowledge on Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI

Required Education Qualification: Chartered Accountant/Cost Accountant with 10-12 years of post-qualification experience in Accounting in service industry

Desired Skills and Experience: Excellent communication skill, Time Management, Process Management skills, Result Orientation
