About this Role

\

You will be responsible for overseeing the entire order-to-cash cycle for circulation revenue. Your expertise in billing, credit recovery management, and compliance will ensure 100% error-free revenue recognition.

\

The department's core competency is to guarantee timely recoveries of all outstanding amounts while ensuring effective business risk analysis.

\

The RMD team has internal sub-functions named Dealer Interface, Revenue Accounting, Custodian Services, Collection/Recovery & Business Controls (O2C & R2R).

\

We are seeking a dynamic, high-caliber candidate to join our Finance team based out of Delhi/Noida location and oversee Gurgaon, Chandigarh, Bhopal, Jaipur, Lucknow branches as well.

\

Responsibilities

\

Dealer Interface Role:

\
  • \
  • Ensure billing to all agencies\
  • Manage dispute resolution with agencies and customers\
  • Maintain existing and new customer codes properly with proper documentation\
\

Controllership Role:

\
  • \
  • Book value addition orders/invoices related to sponsorship\
  • Reconcile dealer and finance ledger balances\
  • Coordinate with Big 4 auditors internal, Statutory, and IFC audit\
  • Revenue accounting experience\
\

Banking:

  • \
  • Manage interface with banks on banking products and clearing of collections\
\

MIS, Finance Dept Reporting:

  • \
  • Month-end reports/presentations relating to revenue and collections\
  • Calculate Classified, Display, and Canvasser incentive\
  • Month Closing checklist adherence\
  • Initiate Process Control/Cost Control measures\
\

Legal & Compliances:

  • GST & TDS compliance\
\

Commercial & Cost Control:

  • Exposure to reconciliation of debtors, provision for expenses, cost ledger, vendor\
