About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Expert to lead and manage our financial operations with expertise in budgeting, management information systems (MIS), final accounts preparation, tax compliance, and internal controls.

This is a senior-level role that requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and hands-on approach to financial management. You will work closely with senior management to drive operational success while ensuring effective use of technology for financial optimization.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing, managing, and monitoring annual budgets, preparing and presenting accurate financial reports and MIS to management, analyzing performance to support strategic decision-making, and overseeing the preparation of quarterly, half-yearly, and annual financial statements in compliance with accounting standards and legal requirements.

You will also be responsible for coordinating internal and statutory audits, implementing corrective actions to address audit findings, ensuring compliance with all tax obligations, managing cash flow and banking relationships, controlling the treasury function, and overseeing communication with investors.

The successful candidate will have a Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification, minimum 10-12 years of experience in finance or accounting, and at least 7-8 years in a senior role. They will have proven expertise in budgeting, tax management, auditing, and compliance, as well as hands-on experience with ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, Tally).

We are looking for a strong communicator, organized individual, and leader who can maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
