About the Role:

  • Respond to retail and professional clients' inquiries via inbound calls, email, and online chat
  • Gain in-depth knowledge of products offered by our organization on various global exchanges
  • Assist clients with opening and funding accounts
  • Show clients how to utilize different features of our trading platform
  • Explain margin requirements to clients
  • Analyze and resolve trade issues and order executions
  • Understand the impact of securities regulations on customers

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Client services within the International BPO industry
  • A Bachelor's degree is required
  • Proficiency in MS Excel is essential
  • Fluency in English is mandatory
  • Strong analytical skills are necessary
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required
