Job description:

We are looking for a dynamic and ambitious Business Development Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys identifying new business opportunities, cultivating strong client relationships, and working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. You will play a critical role in helping us expand our client base and contribute to our overall growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential clients and generate new business leads.

  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients.

  • Research and analyze market trends to identify business opportunities.

  • Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations with clients.

  • Collaborate with Manager to execute business strategies.

    -Generate new business through lead development and contact acquisition.

-Identify and pursue new revenue opportunities.

-Build and maintain strong business relationships with current and potential clients.

-Manage customer relationships to ensure consistent sales growth.

-Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to expand business.

-Collaborate with management to set and achieve sales goals.

-Attend networking events to attract and retain clients.

-Assist with marketing and promotional projects.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and detail-oriented with a strong focus on customer service.

Pleasant, warm and presentable personality.

0 to 3 years of experience in B2B sales (preferably in an advertising agency).

Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and social media platforms.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10, ₹25,000.00 per month
