Brand Building Specialist

This role is pivotal in driving brand building efforts across various solution areas under a diverse portfolio of products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Market Intelligence: Gain a deep understanding of the target audience, their triggers and barriers, competitive landscape, etc.
  • Product Development: Assist in communication development across touchpoints like product display pages, D2C store, CRM touchpoints, marketplaces, etc.
  • Communication Strategy: Manage all consumer touchpoints - social media, performance marketing, influencer collaborations, brand campaign, etc.
  • Data Analysis: Drive measurement and learnings for various marketing initiatives.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with relevant POCs across the marketing team, cross-functional teams, and external partners/agencies/vendors.
  • Offline Channel Insights: Conduct market visits to track offline business health metrics like Distribution across different store formats, ECO/Unique ECO, Primary & Secondary Revenue, Visibility, and Planogramming.
  • Additional Tasks: Support portfolio management, sales support, customer service, etc. to drive product/therapy success.

This role requires a strong understanding of the offline channel and experience in brand management, consumer marketing, e-commerce, or digital marketing.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Communication, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience in handling business in Offline channel is mandatory.
  • Highly motivated and self-driven, enthusiastic team player.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Possession about building a consumer brand.
