Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Consumer Insights Manager to lead our insights function and shape customer-centric strategies.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing and executing qualitative and quantitative studies, including segmentation, brand tracking, and customer journey mapping.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement consumer intelligence engines to capture evolving needs and expectations.
  • Conduct cultural and category studies to identify emerging trends in interiors and design.
  • Synthesize insights for creative strategy and campaign effectiveness.
  • Support the development of new brand verticals through consumer-driven positioning and value propositions.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 6-8 years of experience in consumer insights, brand strategy, or research with agency and client-side exposure.
  • Strong grounding in qualitative research methodologies and success in solving business problems.
  • Fair understanding of quantitative research techniques is a plus.
  • Proven ability to convert insights into actionable business strategies.
  • Excellent storytelling and synthesis skills to influence senior leadership.

Qualifications

Candidates should hold an MBA/PG in Advertising, Marketing, Communication, Business, Psychology, Sociology, or related fields.
