Visual Identity Leader

We seek a senior graphic designer to spearhead our visual identity. As a leader in the direct-to-consumer beauty space, you'll craft premium designs that resonate with consumers and foster brand loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the design process from concept to delivery for packaging, digital campaigns, website creatives, and offline materials.
  • Maintain consistency across all consumer touchpoints through a unified brand identity.
  • Lead the creation of social media content, ad creatives, landing pages, emailers, and influencer kits that captivate audiences.
  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to bring campaigns to life through compelling visuals.
  • Translate consumer insights and brand strategy into innovative design concepts.
  • Guide junior designers and freelancers, providing creative direction and feedback.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends in design, beauty, and direct-to-consumer marketing to keep our brand fresh and competitive.
Requirements:
  • 4–6 years of experience as a graphic designer, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing branding, packaging, and digital campaign design.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); bonus if you know Figma/Canva.
  • Experience designing for D2C, beauty, fashion, or lifestyle brands.
  • The ability to balance creativity with commercial goals (conversion, engagement, retention).
  • A keen eye for typography, color palettes, and visual storytelling.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Nice to Have:
  • Motion graphics or video editing experience for social media.
  • Photography or art direction background.
  • Experience working in fast-paced startup/D2C environments.
