Key Role:
We are seeking a visionary Creative Director to lead the creative development of our fine jewelry brand on Amazon.
Responsibilities:
- Define the visual and creative direction of the brand by setting the vision for photography and graphic design teams.
- Direct all photography efforts, including product, model, and lifestyle shoots, by developing clear guidelines and detailed shot lists that align with the brand aesthetic.
- Collaborate closely with graphic design to bring the creative vision to life across all content formats and ensure a cohesive visual narrative.
- Review and quality-check all content received from photographers and videographers to ensure it meets brand standards and Amazon platform requirements.
- Oversee creative execution for product detail pages, ensuring alignment with brand positioning and Amazon best practices.
- Partner with Product, Business Analytics and Strategy teams to ensure accurate, compelling visual representation of all SKUs on product pages.
- Use performance data and competitive analysis to continuously optimize visuals and content to improve conversion rate.
- Own the creative workflow, ensuring efficient processes, clear approvals, and on-time delivery while maintaining a high bar for quality and attention to detail.
- 3+ years of experience in a senior creative role, ideally in luxury category or Amazon.
- Proven expertise in art direction, visual storytelling, or brand development.
- Deep understanding of Amazon content strategy, including listing images, Storefronts, and A+ content.
- Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and take full ownership of creative deliverables from concept to completion supported by creative partners.
- Exceptional eye for detail, luxury aesthetics, and product presentation.
- Highly organized, deadline-driven, and able to set up and refine scalable creative processes.
