Job Title: Hotel Manager – Corporate Office

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic leader to oversee the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of our organization.

  • Develop and implement strategies aligned with our vision and objectives.
  • Assist in overseeing multiple hospitality assets, ensuring they meet international luxury standards and deliver desired profitability.
  • Collaborate with international luxury hotel brands to maintain and enhance service quality and profitability.
  • Drive operational efficiencies and improvements across all assets.
  • Foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee financial performance and profitability of assets.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including hotel brand partners and senior leadership.
  • Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities within the Hospitality sector.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field. An advanced degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of 15 years of experience in the Hospitality industry, with at least 3 years in a leadership role as General Manager/Unit Head of a Hotel with a leading International Hospitality Brand in India.
  • Proven experience in managing Hospitality Operations.
  • Strong Financial acumen and experience with budgetary management.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
