Job Opportunity: Strategic HR Partner

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Partner to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing expert HR support and guidance to our business stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective HR strategies to drive business results.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to employees on HR-related matters.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Manage employee relations and conflict resolution.
Requirements:
  • 6-10 years of experience in HRBP or People Partnership roles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are mandatory.
  • Experience in solving Big Data analytics problems.
  • Proficiency in HR software/systems and MS Office.
  • Good understanding of employee engagement and grievance redressal processes.
