Our organization seeks a skilled Human Capital Specialist to join our team. This role plays a pivotal part in providing vital HR services within the business, fostering effective collaboration and strategic partnerships.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project demand, collaborating with Strategic HR Business Partners to ensure alignment with business unit needs.

In addition, the successful applicant will serve as a primary contact for employee relations activities, facilitating conflict resolution and pro-active relationship improvements.

This role also entails delivering Case Management services to support the business with sickness absence, grievances, and disciplinary activities, ensuring adherence to HR policies and procedures.

We are looking for an individual who can drive improvements to HR policies in line with business requirements and changes in local markets, while maintaining seamless integration of new employees through effective onboarding processes.

Apart from these key responsibilities, the Human Capital Specialist will leverage HR analytics to provide insights into workforce trends, engagement, and productivity, driving initiatives to measure and enhance employee engagement.

To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of HR principles and practices.

Key qualifications include a degree in Human Resources or a related field, relevant work experience, and proficiency in data analysis tools.
