
Human Capital Management Implementation Specialist

Our Implementation Expert will drive the full project life cycle of Oracle Fusion OTL, Core HR: requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, functional design, UAT, training, and deployment.
Key responsibilities include configuring timecard layouts and attributes, time collection rules, approval workflows, payroll/time policies, integrations with HCM, developing Fast Formulas for time, payroll, and validations, reports, and HCM Extracts, managing security setup and Areas of Responsibility (AORs).
Additionally, the role involves enhancing business processes through configuration and customization of Oracle Fusion applications. The successful candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, enabling them to navigate complex implementation scenarios and deliver high-quality solutions.
The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM modules, including Time and Labor, Payroll, and Human Resources. They will also be proficient in designing and implementing robust business processes that align with industry best practices.
This role requires strong communication and collaboration skills, as the Implementation Expert will work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure successful project delivery.
