Regional Placement Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Regional Placement Manager. As a key member of our placement team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with employers, industry professionals, and alumni to create employment opportunities for students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with employers, industry professionals, and alumni to identify and target top companies with strong brand recognition and reputation.
  • Develop strategies to engage with Marquee, Super dream, Core, Dream and Regular IT Companies and promote the benefits of recruiting students from our institution.
  • Collaborate with faculty and alumni to leverage connections and referrals for Marquee, Super dream, Core, Dream and Regular IT company recruitment.
  • Organize employer visits, guest lectures, and industry-specific events to foster networking opportunities for students.
  • Coordinate job fairs, on-campus recruitment drives, and internship programs to connect students with potential employers.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, job market demands, and emerging career paths to provide relevant information to students.

Requirements:

  • PG in any field preferred.
  • Ideal candidate should have 3+ years of experience in educational background.
  • Candidates with qualifications from reputed Universities will have an added advantage.
